The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala, a premier and esteemed housing authority at the national level, is seeking a highly competent, dynamic, and visionary individual for the following position:

Qualifications/Experience:

BSc in Civil Engineering (preferably MSc in Civil Engineering) from a reputable university.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Contract Management/Administration.
Lt Col (R) / Maj (R) from Engineers are also eligible, provided they meet the aforementioned criteria.
Proficiency in FIDIC Clauses, PEC/PEPRA Rules, and EPC-based Contracts.
Expertise in preparing contract documents in accordance with PEC Guidelines.
Comprehensive knowledge of all types of contractual matters.
