The Directorate of Reclamation & Probation, Home Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar, invites online applications from eligible bonafide candidates and residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Newly Merged Districts for the following contractual positions under the project “Reformation and Skill Development Facilities for Probationers.” The appointments will be based on the Project Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Available Positions:

Project Director
- Number of Posts: 1
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
- Gender: Male
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Sciences
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in project administration/management in social sector skill development projects.
Assistant Director (Skill Development)
- Number of Posts: 2
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
- Gender: Male
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Sciences/Management Sciences
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in similar projects.
Assistant Coordinator
- Number of Posts: 4
- Age Limit: 30-45 years
- Gender: Both
- Qualification: Minimum 14 years of education in business management/commerce/social sciences from an HEC-recognized university
- Experience: 3 years in government or non-governmental organizations/projects with proven knowledge of the skills development sector.
Accountant
- Number of Posts: 4
- Age Limit: 30-45 years
- Gender: Male
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance from an HEC-recognized university
- Experience: 3 years of work experience in government or non-governmental organizations/projects.

Terms & Conditions:

Provisional Allowance: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out, and ineligible candidates will be disqualified.
Profile Creation: Candidates must create a profile on ETEA's website. They need to print an E-Sahulat token and get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise before applying.
Screening Test: Screening will be based on the test conducted by ETEA.
Contract Basis: The appointments are purely on a contract basis till the project’s completion.
Project Posts: Positions will be abolished automatically upon project completion.
Pay Package: A lump sum fixed pay package will be offered as per Government Project Policy.
Interview Calls: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
Eligibility: Candidates should meet all eligibility criteria by the application deadline.
Incomplete Applications: Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
Age Relaxation: Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government rules.
Government Employees: Candidates currently employed in government/semi-government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
Multiple Applications: Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications and fees for each post.
Document Verification: Original documents and one set of attested copies must be presented at the time of the interview.
Authority's Discretion: The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease vacancies or reject any application without assigning reasons.
TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
Foreign Degrees: Candidates with foreign degrees must provide equivalence certificates from HEC.
Corrections: Errors or omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.

Deposit Fee: After submitting the online application, print the generated deposit slip and pay the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) via Easypaisa app, Jazz Cash app, or at any UBL Bank branch via UBL OMNI agent.
Fee Submission: Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) and do not share it.
Document Submission: Do not send documents to ETEA office. Provide copies of documents only if requested by ETEA or the Appointing Authority.
Application Form Availability: Online application forms will be available from 2nd September 2024.
Application Deadline: Submit online applications by 15th September 2024.
Roll Number Slip: Candidates will receive an SMS from ETEA to download and print their Roll Number Slip from www.etea.edu.pk. Ensure your mobile number is active.
Test Details: Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll Number Slip. No separate call letters will be issued by post.
