IPO-PAKISTAN HEAD OFFICE, ISLAMABAD

1. IP Assistant (IPS-II)

No. of Posts: 04
Minimum Qualification/Experience:
- Intermediate with 30 words per minute typing speed
- IT Diploma holder
Age Limit: 18-28 Years

2. Junior IP Assistant (IPS-III)

No. of Posts: 07
Minimum Qualification/Experience:
- Intermediate with 30 words per minute typing speed
- Basic IT Training Course including MS Office
Age Limit: 18-28 Years

TRADE MARKS REGISTRY, KARACHI

3. Examiner of Trade Marks (IPS-I)

No. of Posts: 11
Minimum Qualification/Experience:
- 16 years of education with major in Intellectual Property Rights, Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Natural or Social Sciences, or LLB from an HEC recognized university
Age Limit: 21-30 Years

4. Assistant Examiner of Trade Marks (IPS-II)

No. of Posts: 09
Minimum Qualification/Experience:
- Minimum 2nd class Bachelor degree in arts/science from a recognized university
Age Limit: 21-30 Years

5. IP Assistant (IPS-II)

8. Assistant Examiner of Copyrights (IPS-II)

Minimum Qualification/Experience:
- Minimum 2nd class Bachelor degree in arts/science from a recognized university
- A degree in law from a recognized university shall be preferable
Age Limit: 21-30 Years

9. IP Assistant (IPS-II)

- Basic IT Training Course including MS Office
Age Limit: 18-25 Years

How to Apply:

Recruitment will follow Establishment Division's recruitment policy as per O.M. No. 53/1/2008-SP, dated 22nd October, 2014.
Only shortlisted applicants will be called for test/interview.
Five years general age relaxation is admissible as per rules. Additional age relaxation as per applicable rules/policies will be provided.
Region Wise Quota will be observed.
Application form is available on the IPO-Pakistan website (https://careers.commerce.gov.pk/ipo2024).
Rs. 500/- fee must be deposited in the specified bank account. Download the Challan Form after submitting the online application.
Apply/pay fee separately for each post if applying for multiple posts.
Government service employees must apply through the proper channel and present NOC at the time of interview.
Shortlisted candidates must present original documents and a set of attested copies at the interview.
IPO-Pakistan reserves the right to cancel candidature and take legal action against false information or documents.
IPO-Pakistan reserves the right to modify or cancel the recruitment process, increase/decrease posts as needed, without providing reasons.
No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview.
