If you are passionate about innovation and eager to contribute to meaningful change, the Innovation Support Project at the Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives is looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team. We are currently seeking to fill the following positions:

1. Project Director

Qualification: Minimum Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, or Project Management from a reputable international or local university. Preference will be given to Ph.D. holders.
Experience: Minimum 15 years, including at least 5 years in public sector project management.
Age: Maximum 62 years
Pay Scale: PPS-10 (Rs. 437,500/- per month)

2. Account Manager

Qualification: Minimum BA/B.Com or equivalent in Accounting or a related field from a reputable international or local university.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the public sector, focusing on accounting, case management, and dealing with AGPR.
Age: Maximum 62 years
Pay Scale: PPS-07 (Rs. 157,500/- per month)

3. Research Associates

Qualification: Minimum Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, or Project Management from a reputable international or local university.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in designing or implementing innovation projects, policy formulation, or project monitoring and evaluation.
Age: Maximum 35 years
Pay Scale: PPS-07 (Rs. 157,500/- per month)

4. Assistant cum Office Boy

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in account or office management.
Age: Maximum 35 years
Pay Scale: PPS-04 (Rs. 52,500/- per month)

5. Communication Expert

Qualification: Minimum Master's degree in Mass Media, Communication Studies, English Literature, or a related field from a reputable international or local university.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in communication, public relations, or social/digital media management.
Age: Maximum 35 years
Pay Scale: PPS-07 (Rs. 157,500/- per month)
