WE ARE HIRING

NADRA is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the following position:

Position: Director General Procurement

Age Limit: Maximum 55 Years

Educational Background:

16 years of education in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent from an HEC recognized university.

Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies:

Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in a senior-level procurement management role.
Experience in handling large-scale, diversified, and technology-oriented procurement assignments.
Proficiency in PPRA Rules and their practical application.
Proven track record in contract drafting, negotiation, and vendor management, particularly within Government and Semi-Government Departments.
Extensive knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
Familiarity with technology-related procurement and guidelines from World Bank and other international organizations.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to make informed decisions.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Terms & Conditions:

The selected candidate will initially be hired on a contract for 5 years, with the possibility of extension.
Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

Candidates providing false information will be disqualified.
A 5-year age relaxation is included in the age limit mentioned.
The selected candidate must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
Employees of Government/Semi-Government departments must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) with their application.
No TA/DA will be admissible.
Attested degrees from HEC must be provided at the time of the interview. Foreign degrees must include an HEC equivalency certificate.
