NADRA is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the following positions:

Position: Deputy Director (Monitoring & Evaluation)

Age Limit: Maximum 48 Years
Salary Range: PKR 263,200 - 500,000
Educational Background:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC recognized university.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Intelligence, law enforcement, and forensic investigation courses from reputable institutions.
Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies:
- At least 8 years of experience related to intelligence and forensic investigations.
- Experience in a senior management role within Pakistani Law Enforcement Agencies, Intelligence Bureau (IB), Police, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Armed Forces, or similar organizations.
- Strong leadership, management, and strategic planning skills.

Terms & Conditions:

The selected candidate will be hired initially on a contract for 5 years, with the possibility of extension.
Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
Candidates providing false information will be disqualified.
The selected candidate must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
A 5-year age relaxation is included in the age limit.
Employees of Government/Semi-Government departments must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) with their application.
No TA/DA will be admissible.
Attested degrees from HEC must be provided at the interview. Foreign degrees must include an HEC equivalency certificate.
Electronic gadgets, including mobile phones and smartwatches, are not allowed during the interview.
The deadline for submitting applications is 5th September 2024. Online applications are also accepted.
The role involves preventing illegal processing and identifying risks associated with CNIC processing.
