Background:

The Government of Pakistan has secured a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) to support the Pakistan Hydromet and Climate Services Project. This project aims to enhance the reliability and timeliness of climate and hydro-meteorological services and improve community resilience to various shocks, including climate risks, health emergencies, food insecurity, and natural disasters.

The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) is inviting expressions of interest from eligible individuals to provide consulting services under this project. The consultants will be responsible for various tasks outlined in the Terms of Reference (TORs), available on the NDRMF website www.ndrmf.pk.

Positions Available:

Senior Climate Finance Consultant (International) - 01 Position
- Qualifications: Advanced degree in economics, finance, climate studies, environmental studies, public administration, public policy, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 6-8 years of professional experience relevant to the Terms of Reference (TORs).
Senior Climate Finance Consultant (National) - 01 Position
- Qualifications: Advanced degree in economics, finance, climate studies, environmental studies, public administration, public policy, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 6-8 years of professional experience relevant to the TORs.
Senior Carbon Consultant (National) - 01 Position
- Qualifications: Advanced degree in economics, finance, climate studies, environmental studies, public administration, public policy, law, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 6-8 years of professional experience relevant to the TORs.
Climate Finance Consultants (National) - 02 Positions
- Qualifications: Advanced degree in economics, finance, climate studies, environmental studies, public administration, public policy, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 4-6 years of professional experience relevant to the TORs.
Communication Consultant (National) - 01 Position
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, graphics, public relations, environmental communications, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of professional experience relevant to the TORs.
