General Instructions:

1. Government servants should apply through the proper channel.
2. Age relaxation will be considered according to Federal Government Rules.
3. Suitable candidates should send their applications using the prescribed format downloadable from NIM's website (www.nim.gov.pk), along with one passport-sized photograph and an attested copy of CNIC. Hard copies of educational documents are not required at the time of application; however, shortlisted candidates must provide original documents and one attested set during the interview.
4. Candidates applying for multiple positions should submit separate applications for each position in separate envelopes.
5. Only shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for the test/interview.
6. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
7. The Institute reserves the right to increase, decrease, or delete the number of advertised posts.
8. Applications must be sent by post or courier and reach the office within 15 days of the publication date of this advertisement.
9. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
10. Provincial, regional, and other quotas will be observed as per rules.
11. The Institute reserves the right to cancel or postpone the advertisement, either partially or fully.
12. A written test and demonstration may be part of the selection process where deemed necessary.
