1. Head of Litigation (AVP/VP)

Reporting to: Wing Head - Litigation (Central)
Qualifications:

Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized university/college
LLB / LLM preferred
Experience:
At least 8 years in litigation, with preference for experience in banks or large public sector organizations
Skills/Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations
Strong understanding of banking, civil, and criminal laws
Goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and people management skills
Responsibilities:
Manage litigation across the assigned region, including recovery, HR matters, and other issues
Liaise with external counsels, prepare and vet legal documents, and ensure court appearances
Handle complaints from the Human Rights Cell and other external agencies
Advise business groups on legal risks and provide risk management advice
Develop and maintain an MIS of legal cases
Support compliance with court directives and audit teams
Perform other duties as assigned
Place of Posting: Lahore

2. Litigation Manager (OG-II / OG-I)

Reporting to: Head of Litigation (Karachi)
Qualifications:

Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized university/college
LLB / LLM preferred
Experience:
At least 5 years in litigation, with preference for experience in banks or large public sector organizations
Skills/Expertise:
Knowledge of court procedures and litigation processes
Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Responsibilities:
Implement litigation policies and procedures
Provide legal advice and assist in monitoring significant legal cases
Manage litigation portfolios and mitigate legal risks
Support legal counsels and coordinate with business heads
Ensure compliance with court procedures and maintain MIS reports
Perform other duties as assigned
Place of Posting: Karachi

3. Litigation Officer (OG-III / OG-II)

Reporting to: Head of Litigation (Karachi)
Qualifications:

Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized university/college
LLB / LLM preferred
Experience:
At least 3 years in litigation, with preference for experience in banks or large public sector organizations
Skills/Expertise:
Knowledge of court procedures and litigation processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for assigned cases
Visit courts daily, update systems, and facilitate court compliance
Follow up on litigation processes and avoid unnecessary adjournments
Monitor case statuses and liaise with business units
Perform other duties as assigned
