The Pakistan Airports Authority is seeking qualified individuals for the following regular positions. Selection will be based solely on suitability and merit:

Available Positions:

  1. Assistant Director Security (EG-01)

    • No. of Positions: 10
    • Qualifications: Graduation (Minimum 16 years of education) in any discipline with at least 70% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 60% marks or equivalent in Intermediate level (Science Group). Preference will be given to candidates with professional qualifications in Aviation Security.
    • Quota: Merit-02, BAL-01, KPK-01, Punjab-05, Sindh (R)-01
    • Pay Scale: Rs. 56,280 - 5,630 - 168,880 (Approx. Gross Salary Rs. 197,000)
    • Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (age relaxation as per rules)
  2. Assistant Director Logistics (EG-01)

    • No. of Positions: 6
    • Qualifications: MBA/Masters with specialization in Supply Chain Management/Logistics with at least 70% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 60% marks or equivalent in Intermediate level.
    • Quota: Merit-01, KPK-01, Punjab-03, Sindh (R)-01
    • Pay Scale: Rs. 56,280 - 5,630 - 168,880 (Approx. Gross Salary Rs. 197,000)
    • Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (age relaxation as per rules)
  3. Assistant Director Civil (EG-01)

    • No. of Positions: 6
    • Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with a minimum of 16 years of education and at least 70% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 60% marks or equivalent in Intermediate level. Must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
    • Quota: Merit-01, KPK-01, Punjab-03, Sindh (R)-01
    • Pay Scale: Rs. 56,280 - 5,630 - 168,880 (Approx. Gross Salary Rs. 197,000)
    • Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (age relaxation as per rules)
  4. Assistant Director Commercial (EG-01)

    • No. of Positions: 12
    • Qualifications: MBA (Marketing/ Retail/Finance/ Contract Management) with at least 16 years of education and 70% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 60% marks or equivalent in Intermediate level.
    • Quota: Merit-02, BAL-01, KPK-01, Punjab-07, Sindh (R)-01
    • Pay Scale: Rs. 56,280 - 5,630 - 168,880 (Approx. Gross Salary Rs. 197,000)
    • Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (age relaxation as per rules)
  5. Assistant Director Estate (EG-01)

    • No. of Positions: 10
    • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in City & Regional Planning / Urban Development (Minimum 16 years of education) with at least 70% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 60% marks or equivalent in Intermediate level.
    • Quota: Merit-02, BAL-01, KPK-01, Punjab-05, Sindh (R)-01
    • Pay Scale: Rs. 56,280 - 5,630 - 168,880 (Approx. Gross Salary Rs. 197,000)
    • Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (age relaxation as per rules)
  6. Patwari (SG-05)

    • No. of Positions: 10
    • Qualifications: Intermediate with minimum 2nd Division and Patwar Course from a recognized institute. Minimum 5 years of experience as Patwari.
    • Quota: Merit-02, BAL-01, KPK-01, Punjab-05, Sindh (R)-01
    • Pay Scale: Rs. 23,330 - 2,330 - 69,930 (Approx. Gross Salary Rs. 84,000)
    • Age Limit: Maximum 48 years (including all age relaxations)

 

Application Procedure:

  1. Interested candidates should fill out and submit the Online Job Application Form available at www.caapakistan.com.pk within 15 days from the date of this advertisement.
  2. Candidates must upload scanned copies of their certificate/degree (HEC Verified) relevant to the post and their CNIC while applying. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of the application.
  3. Separate online applications must be submitted for each position.
  4. Candidates with domicile from relevant provinces/regions should apply against posts reserved for those areas. For BISP HQ, only Islamabad/Rawalpindi domicile holders are eligible.
  5. Incomplete applications, applications received after the deadline, and applications sent by postal/courier service or by hand will not be considered.

General Instructions:

  1. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written/skill test/interview as required.
  2. Age relaxation will be granted as per Government Rules.
  3. Government employees must apply through proper channels.
  4. At the time of final selection, candidates will be examined by an authorized Civil Surgeon of the Federal Government.
  5. The authenticity of the domicile certificate and other documents will be verified. Incorrect or false information will result in the cancellation of selection and possible legal action.
  6. Original documents will be verified during the interview. Candidates applying for reserved quotas must provide relevant certificates/documents.
  7. Valid driving licenses will be checked where applicable.
  8. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan, particularly in their province of domicile.
  9. Pakistan Airports Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment at any stage.
  10. Candidates will be informed about the test/interview schedules via SMS or the website. Keep your contact number operational throughout the recruitment process.
  11. No TA/DA will be provided for the written/skill test/interview.
