Applications are invited from suitable, qualified, and experienced professionals to join Pakistan Railways for the following positions:

1. Director (Information Technology) - MP-II

• Number of Posts: 1
• Educational Qualifications & Experience:
  • Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems with 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
  • OR Masters Degree in Computer Sciences, MBA in IT, or MBA in CIS/MIS with 7 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Age Limit: Maximum 62 Years

2. Deputy Director I.T. (Infrastructure) - MP-III

• Number of Posts: 1
• Educational Qualifications & Experience:
  • Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, IT, or a similar degree with 5 years of hands-on experience in servers, routing, switching, and firewalls. Only hands-on experience will be considered.
• Age Limit: Maximum 62 Years

Recruitment Details:

• Recruitment will follow the updated MP Scales Policy, 2021, issued by the Establishment Division, Government of Pakistan (O.M. No. 1/3/2020-E-6/E-8 dated 24-05-2021).
• Appointments will be on a contract basis for an initial period of three (3) years, extendable for up to two (2) additional years on an annual basis, subject to satisfactory performance.
