SITUATIONS VACANT (PROJECT POSTS)

Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals for the following project posts at the Business Incubation Centre (BIC) on a contract basis. The prescribed application form can be downloaded from the University website: www.su.edu.pk.

1. HR, Admin & Finance Executive

Basic Pay Scale: Lump Sum/Negotiable
No./Nature of Post: 01 - Contract Basis
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Business Management, Economics, Commerce, or Finance
Experience: 1 year of experience in a well-reputed organization is preferred
Age: Maximum 30 years
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of BIC financial records and bookkeeping
- Compliance with HEC reporting requirements
- Coordination of BIC purchases and procurements
- Maintenance of BIC assets
- Office management
- Other assigned duties

2. Business Development Executive

Basic Pay Scale: Lump Sum/Negotiable
No./Nature of Post: 01 - Contract Basis
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Business Management, Economics, Commerce, or Finance
Experience: 1 year of experience in a well-reputed organization is preferred
Age: Maximum 30 years
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring incubates' engagement with the training program
- Implementation of BIC’s marketing strategy
- Assisting incubates with financial planning, reporting, and evaluating benefits and return on investment
- Developing new business opportunities through entrepreneurial, commercial, and/or knowledge exchanges for startups
- Other assigned duties

General Information:

Application Form: The prescribed form can be downloaded from the University of Sargodha website: www.su.edu.pk
Submission: Applications should be submitted in hard copy with a completed CV, attested copies of testimonials, and two recent passport-size photographs affixed to each application form.
Processing Fee: A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 1500/- must be paid via a bank deposit slip or University Challan Form to HBL A/C No. 00427991777803, University of Sargodha, under the Head of Account "Collection." No other modes of payment will be accepted.
Multiple Applications: Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications with the necessary documents.
Foreign Degrees: Candidates with foreign degrees must provide an equivalence certificate issued by HEC.
Government Service: Current government/semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel.
Closing Date: Applications must be received by 13.09.2024. Late applications will not be entertained.
Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications will not be considered.
False Information: Any incorrect or false information provided in the application will result in disqualification and action under the rules.
University Discretion: The University reserves the right to not fill or withdraw any post or withhold appointments against any advertised post.
