Sukkur IBA University invites applications from dynamic, qualified, and result-oriented candidates for the following positions on a contract basis.

Available Positions:

Registrar (BPS-20)
- Tenure: 3 years (extendable based on performance)
- Qualification: BBA/MBA/M.A. or equivalent (16 years of education) with at least 2nd division from an HEC recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 14 years of relevant administrative experience, including at least 5 years in a position equivalent to BPS-18 or above. Preference for candidates with experience in educational institutions.
- Age Limit: 35 to 50 years
Director - Planning and Development (BPS-20)
- Qualification:
  - Option 1: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (preferably 1st class)
  - Option 2: Master’s in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Experience:
  - Option 1: 14 years in posts equivalent to Grade 17 and above
  - Option 2: 10 years in posts equivalent to Grade 17 and above
- Age Limit: 35 to 50 years
Director - Works & Services (BPS-20)
- Qualification:
  - Option 1: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (preferably 1st class)
  - Option 2: Master’s in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Experience:
  - Option 1: 14 years in posts equivalent to Grade 17 and above
  - Option 2: 10 years in posts equivalent to Grade 17 and above
- Age Limit: 35 to 50 years
Accounts Officer (BPS-17)
- Qualification: 16 years of education in Finance and/or Accounts (at least 2nd division) from an HEC recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Finance/Accounts/Budget in government or semi-government institutions. Preference for candidates with experience in educational institutions.
- Age Limit: 30 years
Assistant Registrar - Admin (BPS-17)
- Qualification: 16 years of education in any discipline (at least 2nd division) from an HEC recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in office administration. Preference for candidates with experience in educational institutions.
Medical Officer (Male) (BPS-17)
- Qualification: MBBS or equivalent from a PMDC recognized institution.
- Experience: 1 year house job in a public sector hospital or recognized institution, preferably 6 months in Medicine and 6 months in Surgery/Casualty.
- Age Limit: 30 years
General Physician (Female) (BPS-17)
- Qualification: MBBS or equivalent from a PMDC recognized institution.
- Experience: 1 year house job in a public sector hospital or recognized institution, preferably 6 months in Medicine/Casualty and 6 months in Gynecology.
- Age Limit: 28 years
Assistant Accounts Officer (BPS-16)
- Qualification: 16 years of education in Finance and/or Accounts (at least 2nd division) from an HEC recognized institution.
- Experience: Preference for candidates with relevant experience.
- Age Limit: 28 years

After submitting the application, download the system-generated challan:
- Rs. 2500/- (Non-refundable) for BPS-17 and above
- Rs. 1000/- (Non-refundable) for BPS-16 and below
Deposit the challan in any branch of ABL Bank.

- PRC
- Relevant experience certificates
- One recent photograph
- Deposited challan

Important Notes:

Candidates already in government service must apply through the proper channel.
Providing fictitious or misleading information will lead to application rejection and possible termination.
The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease positions and accept/reject applications without providing reasons.
Age relaxation will be granted as per Government of Sindh notifications.
Age limits will be counted until the application deadline.
