1. Wing Head - Agency and Trustee (VP/SVP)

Reporting to: Divisional Head, Investment Banking Division
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or relevant certification preferred)
Experience: Minimum 8 years in banking, with at least 5 years in Corporate/Investment Banking Agency & Trustee roles
Skills: Strong analytical, relationship management, and structuring skills; understanding of regulatory frameworks

Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide the Agency and Trustee team in daily operations
Market and source new agency business, driving completion of debt financing processes
Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines
Coordinate with stakeholders for project-related documentation and approvals

Location: Karachi

2. Senior Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking (AVP/VP)

Reporting to: Unit Head, Corporate Banking
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or relevant certification preferred)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking, with at least 3 years in relationship management
Skills: Strong analytical and credit-related expertise; understanding of corporate client needs

Responsibilities:

Manage corporate banking relationships and achieve sales targets
Assess customer portfolios for cross-selling opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Location: Karachi

3. Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking (OG-II/OG-I)

Reporting to: Unit Head, Corporate Banking
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or ACCA preferred)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking, with at least 1 year in relationship management
Skills: Strong analytical skills and understanding of corporate banking products

Responsibilities:

Support business strategy implementation and client origination
Monitor assigned portfolio growth and profitability
Prepare credit proposals and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

Location: Islamabad

4. MIS Officer (OG-II/OG-I)

Reporting to: Wing Head, MIS & Analytics
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or relevant certification preferred)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking, with at least 2 years in data analysis/MIS
Skills: Proficient in advanced MS Excel and visualization tools

Responsibilities:

Analyze credit limits and prepare financial indicators
Assist in annual budgeting and prepare credit-related reports
Develop dashboards for management review

Location: Karachi

5. Data Analyst (OG-III/OG-II)

Reporting to: Wing Head, MIS & Analytics
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in data analysis/MIS
Skills: Strong data collection and quantitative skills; proficiency in visualization tools

Responsibilities:

Manage and report data/MIS on a defined schedule
Develop dashboards and assist in budget preparation
Facilitate report preparation for senior management

Location: Karachi

Only shortlisted candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be invited for assessments and interviews. Employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, with the possibility of renewal at management's discretion. A competitive compensation package will be offered.
