The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority is seeking qualified individuals for the following positions. Selection will be based purely on suitability and merit.

Available Positions:

Assistant Director Airworthiness (Aerospace)
- No. of Positions: 2
- Qualification: Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering from an HEC recognized university with at least 2nd Division.
- Experience: Must have valid PCAA AML Holder. Airworthiness Management experience preferred.
- Pay Scale: PKR 56,280-5,630-168,880
- Age Limit: 28 years
Assistant Director Airworthiness (Avionics)
- No. of Positions: 2
- Qualification: Bachelor's in Avionics Engineering from an HEC recognized university with at least 2nd Division.
- Experience: Must have valid PCAA AML Holder. Airworthiness Management experience preferred.
- Pay Scale: PKR 56,280-5,630-168,880
- Age Limit: 28 years
Senior Deputy Director Airworthiness (Avionics)
- No. of Positions: 5
- Qualification: Bachelor's in Avionics Engineering from an HEC recognized university with at least 2nd Division.
- Experience: Valid PCAA AML Holder. Airworthiness Management experience required.
- Pay: PKR 286,300 per month (negotiable) with 5% annual increment.
- Contract: 3 years (extendable)
- Age Limit: 35 years (including all age relaxations)
Senior Deputy Director Airworthiness (Aerospace)
- No. of Positions: 5
- Qualification: Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering from an HEC recognized university with at least 2nd Division.
- Experience: Valid PCAA AML Holder. Airworthiness Management experience required.
- Pay: PKR 286,300 per month (negotiable) with 5% annual increment.
- Contract: 3 years (extendable)
- Age Limit: 35 years (including all age relaxations)

Applications missing the required documents will be rejected.

Terms and Conditions:

Only candidates meeting the requirements and submitting complete applications will be considered.
Tests and interviews will be conducted in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta. Separate notices will be issued based on the number of candidates.
Candidates selected for interviews must present original documents for verification.
Age relaxation as per Federal Government rules applies to positions mentioned at Sr. No. 1 & 2.
Successful candidates for Sr. No. 1 & 2 must execute a surety bond of Rs. 2,500,000 for at least 10 years of service in PCAA.
No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview.
Appointment is subject to PCAA’s medical fitness standards.
Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan as per PCAA requirements.
Government employees or those from autonomous bodies/corporations must provide an NOC from their current employer before the interview.

Any document found incorrect, fake, or bogus will result in immediate termination of services.
