Position: Recovery Officer (BPS-18)

Organization: Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF)

About Us: Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF) is dedicated to the welfare of retired employees and the families of deceased employees of WAPDA, DISCOS, GENCOS, and NTDC. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Recovery Officer to enhance our efficiency and performance.

Tenure:

The appointment is on a contract basis for an initial period of one year, extendable up to a maximum of three years, or until the age of 64 years, whichever comes first.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.

Age/Eligibility:

Maximum age of 62 years.
Retired employees from WAPDA, DISCOS, or NTDC with a good service record are eligible to apply.

Experience:

Four (4) years of experience in positions such as Deputy Director, Senior Engineer, Senior B&AO, or Senior Audit Officer (BPS-18 or above).
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in recovery assignments.

General Requirements:

Familiarity with recovery rules and regulations.
Proven knowledge and experience in recovering dues from clients/customers.
Result-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated.
Excellent analytical, writing, communication, technical, and interpersonal skills.

Area of Responsibility:

Administrative control of the Recovery Section at PWF.
Maintaining accurate records of outstanding dues.
Coordinating with all WAPDA offices and corporate entities to recover outstanding dues.
Facilitating the early recovery of outstanding dues.
Performing any other responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director (PWF).
