EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

The Planning & Development Board, Government of Punjab, is seeking applications for contract-based positions in the project titled "Institutional Strengthening of P&D Board & Capacity Building of Public Sector Employees." The details are as follows:

Positions Available:

Receptionist (PPS-05)
- Number of Positions: 01
- Qualifications & Experience: Graduation from an HEC-recognized university with at least three years of proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role in either the public or private sector. Proficiency in computer usage, MS Office, and knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages preferred.
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years
Driver (PPS-02)
- Number of Positions: 03
- Qualifications & Experience: Secondary School Certificate (second division) from a recognized Board. Valid light transport vehicle driving license with five years of experience, or valid heavy transport vehicle driving license with two years of experience.
- Age Limit: 25-35 years
Chowkidar (PPS-01)
- Number of Positions: 02
- Qualifications & Experience: Primary Pass.
- Age Limit: 21-35 years

General Conditions:

- Receptionist (Sr. No. 1): Apply online through www.jobs.punjab.gov.pk by 30.09.2024. Detailed eligibility criteria and job descriptions are available on the Punjab Job Portal.
- Driver & Chowkidar (Sr. No. 2 & 3): Submit a hard copy of your application along with the requisite documents to the address provided below.
Documents:
- For the Receptionist position, candidates must upload soft copies of their academic and job experience certificates.
- Incomplete applications or those without relevant documents will not be considered.
Age Limit:
- The age of candidates will be calculated as of the last date of application submission. Maximum age for the Receptionist position includes age relaxation, with no separate age relaxation applicable. General age relaxation rules apply for Driver and Chowkidar positions.
Verification:
- Submission of fake documents or concealment of facts will lead to disqualification.
- Government employees must apply through proper channels.
Selection:
- Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for tests/interviews. Shortlisted candidates must bring original documents. No TADA will be provided.
Other Conditions:
- The Planning and Development Board reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or not fill any of the positions at any stage.
- Appointment is on a contract basis and does not confer any right to permanent appointment or seniority/pension benefits.
