HIRING OF INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANTS

The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) for the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, financed by the World Bank under IDA Credit No. 7041-PK, seeks to hire individual consultants. The project aims to enhance urban land systems in Punjab and is funded partially by the World Bank.

The PIU-PULSE invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates to provide consultancy services in the following area:

Assignment Title:

MIS/IT Specialist

Number of Positions:

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 16 years of education in GIS, Computer Science, IT, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in designing and managing spatial databases, management systems, and spatial feature representations, including at least 3 years in a similar role.
Proven experience as an MIS/IT Specialist or in a similar capacity.

Selection will be conducted in accordance with the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers," dated November 2020. Consultants are advised to review Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" dated July 2016, revised in November 2017 and August 2018, which detail the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest.
