Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women, Shaheed Benazirabad, invites applications for the following non-teaching positions. These appointments are on a contract basis. We seek talented, determined, and motivated individuals to contribute meaningfully to the growth of this institution:

3. Controller of Examinations
4. Director Planning & Development
5. Director Medical Education
6. Additional Controller of Examinations

Application Procedure:

1. Obtain the Application Form:

   • Application forms can be collected from the Office of the Registrar, PUMHSW, Nawabshah (SBA) upon payment of a non-refundable Demand Draft of Rs. 2500/- for each post, made in favor of the Vice-Chancellor, PUMHSW (SBA).
   • Alternatively, the application form can be downloaded from our website: www.pumhs.edu.pk.

2. Submit Your Application:

   • Complete the application form and send it along with the following documents to the Registrar, PUMHSW, Nawabshah (SBA), by certified mail or courier service only. Postal delays will not be accepted.
   • Required Documents:
     • Original Demand Draft of Rs. 2500/- (Non-Refundable)
     • CV
     • Three recent passport-sized photographs
     • Two sets of attested photocopies of:
       • Educational certificates (including Matriculation, Pacca Certificate/Marks Sheet, and all degrees)
       • Experience certificates
       • Domicile PRC/Form "D"
       • Valid CNIC

3. Important Note:

   • Applications must be complete with all required documents. Applications submitted on plain paper or with only a CV will not be entertained.
   • No further communication regarding the application will be made after the due date.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Only candidates with Sindh domicile are eligible. For other eligibility criteria, please visit our website: www.pumhs.edu.pk.
2. Age limits and relaxation will follow the University or Government of Sindh policies.
3. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.
4. All information will be kept confidential.
5. Clearly mention the name of the post on the right corner of the envelope.
6. The University reserves the right to cancel any advertised post(s) partially or entirely.
7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further assessment by the Selection Board.
8. Current government/semi-government/autonomous body employees must apply through proper channels with a departmental permission (NOC). An advance copy of the application must also be received by the office within the due date. Applications without NOC will not be considered.
9. All documents and experience will be verified. Any false or misleading documents will result in disqualification from the selection process.
10. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the written test/interview.
11. Quotas for women, disabled persons, and minorities will be observed.
12. Pay packages will be similar to the government BPS currently in practice at PUMHSW-SBA.
13. The final vacancy will be filled by the Selection Board during the process.
