ZTBL, a renowned financial institution with a 'AAA' rating and a network of over 500 branches nationwide, is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals for the following positions. Ideal candidates should have a proven track record and the capacity to drive transformation in a challenging environment.

1. Regional Business Head: VP/SVP (Sindh, Baluchistan)

Experience: Minimum 10 years in the banking sector, with at least 5 years as a Branch Manager or Area Manager. Preference will be given to candidates with experience supervising a branch network.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop branch business through increased lending, deposits, and outreach.
- Supervise a network of 15 to 25 branches.
- Execute and uphold the Bank’s credit and business policies.
- Achieve loan disbursement, recovery, and other business targets.
- Provide leadership to branches to meet targets in disbursement, recovery, and deposits.
- Liaise with agriculture sector stakeholders and represent the Bank at business seminars and conferences.
- Ensure financial efficiency and profitability.
- Identify new branch opportunities and ensure compliance with SBP regulations, including AML/CFT/KYC parameters.
- Implement quality assurance standards and review branch performance.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by management.

2. Branch Manager: OG-I/AVP (Across Pakistan, including AJK and GB)

Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification banking experience, with at least 3 years as a Branch Manager. Candidates should specify 3 preferred cities/towns, with at least one being from previous assignments.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Expand agricultural credit and manage loan recovery.
- Mobilize deposits and cross-sell products.
- Oversee branch services and operations.
- Ensure compliance with EKYC and regulatory standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

Maximum Age Limit: 55 years for VP/SVP and 45 years for OG-I/AVP as of the closing date.
Skills Required: Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
Ineligibility: Dual nationality holders and individuals convicted by any court of law are ineligible to apply.
