The District and Subordinate Courts of Sanghar are inviting applications for the following positions:

1. Stenographer (BPS-16)

   • Qualifications:
     • Intermediate from a recognized institution
     • 80 wpm shorthand
     • 40 wpm typing
     • Proficiency in MS Office

2. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

Application Submission Procedure

1. Government employees must submit their applications through the proper channels.
2. Candidates for positions 1 and 2 must fill out the online job application form and submit a processing fee of PKR 800 (eight hundred rupees) via designated methods (ATM, online banking, etc.) to the National Testing Service (NTS) as per the Sindh Judicial Staff Rules 1994.
3. The maximum age limit for applicants is 30 years. Age relaxation may apply according to government rules.
4. Applications for positions 1 and 2 will not be accepted in hard copy. Candidates should retain a copy of their application for future reference.
5. The last date for submission of applications for all positions is October 21, 2024.
6. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for tests/interviews. No TA/DA will be provided for attending tests/interviews.
7. Women and differently-abled individuals are encouraged to apply.
8. The decision of the selection committee will be final.
