The Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences invites applications from experienced and qualified candidates with Sindh domicile for the following contract positions:

Qualifications and Experience:

Controller of Examinations

PhD from an HEC-recognized university with 12 years of teaching and/or administrative experience in BPS-17 or above, or equivalent.
Alternatively, MS/MPhil (18 years of education) or equivalent with 15 years of experience, or MA/MSc/Bachelor's/MBA (16 years of education) with 17 years of experience, preferably in first class.

Additional Controller of Examinations

PhD from an HEC-recognized university with 10 years of teaching and/or administrative experience in BPS-17 or above, or equivalent.
Alternatively, MS/MPhil (18 years of education) or equivalent with 12 years of experience, or MA/MSc/Bachelor's/MBA (16 years of education) with 15 years of experience, preferably in first class.

Competencies:

Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Capability to manage pre- and post-examination processes and policies.
Knowledge of Outcome Based Assessment (OBA).

Additional Information:

Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through the proper channel with an NOC and submit it with their application.
No relaxation will be granted for qualifications, experience, or age.

Sindh domicile is mandatory.
These positions are contractual for an initial period of three years, extendable for two additional years based on performance and compliance.
