Applications are invited from eligible Pakistani nationals (male and female) to fill the following vacant positions in the Safe City project in Islamabad, in accordance with Federal Government regulations to ensure transparency and merit.

Mandatory Requirements:

Citizen Support Services Response Agent (CSSRA)

Qualification: 2nd class or Grade "C" Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a university recognized by HEC.
Experience: 1-year experience in IT Projects or Call Center.
Typing Speed: Minimum 35 wpm.
Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and Urdu (spoken and written).

Electrical Technicians

Qualification: 2nd class or Grade "C" Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a university recognized by HEC.
Experience: 1-year experience in the relevant field.

Affidavit duly countersigned by the District Coordination Officer (DCO) for applicants under the minorities (non-Muslims) quota.

General Instructions:

Application Submission: Apply online at www.npftas.pk or www.islamabadpolice.gov.pk within 15 days of this advertisement.
Application Processing Fee: Rs. 1500/- per post, payable through 1Link 1Bill via Bank/ATM/Internet Banking/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash/U Paisa using the 24-digit PSID on the fee slip.
Submission Method: Applications submitted by hand, incomplete applications, or those received after the closing date will not be entertained.
Accuracy of Information: Providing false information will result in legal action under sections 420/468/471 PPC, punishable by up to 7 years in prison.
Affidavit Requirement: An affidavit confirming no involvement in criminal cases must be submitted at the interview. False affidavits will result in disqualification and legal action.
Transgender Applications: Transgender persons may apply according to their self-perceived gender identity as per the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act 2018.
Age Relaxation: An upper age limit relaxation of 5 years is available as per federal government policies.
Government Employees: Eligible government employees may apply through the proper channel and will be entitled to age relaxation.
Shortlisted Candidates: Only those shortlisted will be called for written and skill tests.
Medical Examination: Final candidates must undergo a medical examination; those with Hepatitis B & C or any chronic ailments will be disqualified.
No TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for tests and interviews.
Updates: Candidates will receive updates via the job portal, SMS, or email.
Security Clearance: Successful candidates must pass a security clearance before joining Islamabad Police.
Discretion of ICT Police: The ICT Police reserves the right to increase, decrease, modify, or cancel the number of posts or the recruitment process at any stage.
