Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) is a government-owned non-profit company, established under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. The company is executing the World Bank-funded "Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP)" in 16 selected tehsils of Punjab Province.

Positions Available

Manager Finance & Budget	1	Master’s Degree in Finance/Commerce/Economics or ACCA/ACMA	7 years of relevant experience in financial management, budgeting, and accounting.
Research Manager	1	Master’s Degree in Economics or Public Policy or Statistics	5 years of research analysis experience; at least one publication in a recognized journal.
Manager Software Development	1	BS/BSc in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering	5 years of relevant experience in software development and database administration.
Assistant Manager Programming	1	BS/BSc in Computer Science/MS	3 years of relevant experience in computer programming and ICT.
Assistant Manager IT	1	BS/BSc in Computer Science/MS	3 years of relevant experience in IT handling (software/hardware) and database administration.
Procurement Officer	1	Master’s Degree in Procurement & Contracts Management, Business Administration, Finance, LLB, or BSc Engineering	3 years of relevant experience in procurement.
Contract Officer	1	Master’s Degree in Procurement & Contracts Management, Business Administration, Finance, or LLB	3 years of relevant experience in contracts management.
Associate M&E	1	BS/BSc in Computer Science/MS/BSc Engineering in Civil/Environmental	2 years of relevant experience in data handling, analysis, and reporting.
Associate Admin HR	1	16 years of education in Administration/Social Sciences/Humanities/Arts/Commerce/HR	Familiarity with HR Management and Financial Management.
Driver	10	Valid Driving License	3 years of relevant experience.

Tehsil Office Positions Available

Assistant Manager (Water Supply & Sewerage)	1	BSc in Civil/Public Health Engineering	3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and infrastructure development, particularly in water supply.
Research Analyst (Environmental Social Safeguard)	1	BS in Environmental Sciences/Environmental Engineering/Sociology/Anthropology/Economics/Social Sciences	2 years of relevant experience in environmental safeguards.

All positions are contract-based for an initial period of 3 years, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
