Rawalpindi Women University invites applications from qualified, motivated, and committed professionals for the following Non-Teaching contract (tenured) positions:

Eligibility Criteria:
Registrar & Controller of Examinations:
- Ph.D. in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institute/university; with 8 years post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience.
- OR
- MS/M.Phil (Second Division) with 10 years post-qualification experience.
- OR
- Master's degree or BS (Second Division) with 12 years post-qualification experience.
Treasurer:
- Ph.D. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics from an HEC-recognized institute/university; with 8 years relevant experience.
- OR
- MS/M.Phil (Second Division) with 10 years relevant experience.
- OR
- MBA in Finance, M.Com., ACCA, ACMA, or M.Sc. in Economics (Second Division) with 12 years relevant experience.
General Information / Terms & Conditions:
- Recruitment will be conducted per the Recruitment Policy 2021 and the Rawalpindi Women University Statutes 2021.
- Prescribed application forms can be downloaded from the university website: www.rwu.edu.pk.
- Candidates must fill out the application form in MS Word (handwritten forms will not be accepted) and submit three hard copies along with attested testimonials and documents.
- A soft copy of the application dossier in PDF format (on CD/USB) must also be submitted.
- Completed applications must be sent by post to the Office of the Registrar, Rawalpindi Women University, 6 Road, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi by 20th October 2024. No applications will be accepted in person.
- Separate applications are required for each position applied for, along with a separate bank draft for each post.
- A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 5,000/- is to be paid via bank draft in favor of "Rawalpindi Women University, Rawalpindi."
- Attach three recent passport-size photographs (blue background) to each application.
- Current employees of government/semi-government departments or autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel.
- Age will be calculated on the closing date of the advertisement. Maximum age limits will be relaxed as per government rules.
- Only candidates with Punjab domicile may apply for the positions listed.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests and/or interviews (the decision of the University's Authority will be final).
- No TA/DA will be provided for interviews or tests.
- The university reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, not to fill any post, or withdraw appointments for any advertised position.
- A 3% quota for disabled individuals and a 5% quota for minorities will be observed as per government rules.
