HOW TO APPLY

Application Fee: Candidates must pay a non-refundable fee via bank challan available on UHS Website or at any branch of Bank of Punjab (BOP). The fee structure is as follows:
- BPS 17 & Above: Rs. 2000/-
Complete Application Form: Fill out the application form carefully, including personal, educational, and experience information. Attach the following documents:
- Attested copies of educational certificates
- Experience certificates
- CNIC
- Passport-sized colored photographs
Submission: Send your completed application form and supporting documents to the office of the Deputy Registrar, Room #12, University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore. Applications must reach by October 18, 2024. In-person applications will not be entertained.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Candidates must submit PM&DC Experience Recognition Certificates corresponding to the positions they are applying for. If the recognition certificate is in process, it must be stated.
Experience certificates issued by UHS or any approved institution must be verified from PMDC.
The university reserves the right to conduct a subject test if the ratio of posts to eligible applicants exceeds 15.
Applicants with foreign qualifications must submit an equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan or PMDC.
The appointment will be subject to verification of credentials and references.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview/test.
