Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
16 years of education in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, Economics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university or equivalent institute.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) is required.
Experience:
At least 10 years of post-qualification experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a senior position related to project management in the public or private sector.
Age:
32-45 years

Job Description:

Plan, organize, and oversee the implementation of youth internship programs, including recruitment, training, and evaluation processes.
Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, government agencies, and businesses to facilitate internship placements and support services for youth participants.
Identify suitable internship opportunities based on participants' skills, interests, and career goals, and match them with appropriate host organizations or companies.
Provide ongoing support to interns and host organizations throughout the internship period, addressing any issues or concerns to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
Collect data, track outcomes, evaluate the effectiveness of the internship program, and prepare reports for stakeholders and funders.
Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining records, processing paperwork, and coordinating logistics related to internships, events, and meetings.
Facilitate workshops, seminars, and networking events to enhance interns' skills, knowledge, and employability prospects.

Additional Information:

The advertised position is project-based with a contractual tenure until 30-06-2025 or until the completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
